Return & Refund Policy (Digital Products)

 

Direct Care Training & Resource Center, Inc. sells digital products only.

  • Products available for immediate download are accessible upon purchase.
  • Products not available for immediate download are sent to the email address used at checkout within four (4) hours.

Refunds:

A full refund is issued only if a purchased product is not delivered and cannot be provided after support review.

No Refunds:

Refunds are not provided due to dissatisfaction with content, change of mind, or failure to review product details. All sales are final once delivered.
