1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of digital products sold by Direct Care Training & Resource Center, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our Shopify Store. By accessing our store or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Digital Products & Delivery

All products sold through our Shopify Store are digital products available for immediate download upon successful completion of checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • A valid email address is provided at checkout
  • Their device and software are capable of accessing the purchased materials

Access instructions are provided at the time of purchase.

3. License and Permitted Use

All digital products are licensed, not sold.

Purchases grant the customer a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, and revocable license for personal or internal organizational use only, unless otherwise stated in writing.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, sell, share, or sublicense the content
  • Upload the materials to shared or public platforms
  • Use the materials for commercial resale or training redistribution without written consent

All content remains the intellectual property of Direct Care Training & Resource Center, Inc.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Transactions are processed securely through Shopify and its authorized payment providers.

5. Refunds and Returns

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once download access is provided. Refunds are governed by our posted Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

6. No Guarantees or Legal Advice

Our training products are educational in nature. They do not constitute legal, medical, or regulatory advice, nor do they guarantee licensure approval, compliance outcomes, or specific professional results. Users remain responsible for applying content in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Direct Care Training & Resource Center, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products.
